Terms and Conditions — Bar Bunny

Applies to the Bar Bunny loyalty app, operated by Focalius.

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the original and the only binding one; if the two differ, the Spanish text prevails.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

Last updated: July 2026. By registering, signing in or using your NFC/digital card on the Cuponera Bar Bunny platform, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. Age Requirement (18+)

The loyalty and consumption program at Bar Bunny requires the user to be at least 18 years old and to present official photo identification (INE/Passport) at the request of staff.

3. Points and Rewards System

Purchases and check-ins earn points and stamps under the program rules in force, calculated and validated by the loyalty system. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity counted from your last visit.

4. Service Restrictions

Accumulated points and stamps cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary transfer. Bar Bunny reserves the right to void points or cancel memberships in the event of fraudulent use.
